AI Operations for Philippine Service Businesses

Your team already has the capacity. It’s buried in work a system should be doing.

We install one AI-run workflow in 30 days, prove it in production, and train your people to own it in 90. Fixed price. Fixed date. Published below.

10 working days. Credited in full if you proceed.

The Gap

The gap isn’t access. It’s installation.

92%

of Philippine organisations have used AI

65%

never got past proof-of-concept

12%

use a machine-learning framework — the rest are consumers, not builders

You bought the seats. Someone on your team was excited for three weeks. Nothing in the business actually changed.

That’s not a you problem. It’s what happened to two-thirds of the country. And the barrier organisations name most often isn’t budget — 57% say it’s skills. The tool was never the missing piece.

What we actually do

Build. Run. Hand over.

  1. 01

    Build

    We install one workflow.

  2. 02

    Run

We operate it in production until it’s proven.

  3. 03

    Hand over

We certify your people and step back.

Most firms sell you a build and keep the keys. We do the build, run it live for 30 days, then train two of your own people until they can operate it without us — and give them the credentials, the runbook, and a certificate with their name on it.

If we’ve done this right, you won’t need us. That’s written into the contract.

The Method

We don’t build anything in week one.

Flow, then Place, then Force. In that order. Competitors start at Place — they build the thing and never reach Force. That’s why 65% of AI projects in this country are still demos.

Days 1–7

(Work) Flow

We map the workflow and quantify what it currently costs you. Then we cut the steps that shouldn’t exist.

We don’t build anything in week one.

Days 8–30

(Work) Place

We build, integrate, secure and deploy — with a data model, access controls, an audit log and a Privacy Impact Assessment.

Days 31–90

(Work) Force

We certify two to five of your named staff as DRS Certified AI Operators, against a written competency standard.

The Ops Cells

Four workflows. Pick the one that’s costing you the most.

Each Cell is one end-to-end workflow, built, deployed and monitored in 30 days. Fixed scope, fixed price, named outcomes written into the contract.

The Handover Guarantee

Every engagement ends with two of your people certified to run the system, a written runbook, and full credentials in your name — not ours.

If they can’t operate it independently at day 90, we keep training at no charge until they can.

We’d rather lose the retainer than own your dependency.

Compliance & governance

You stay liable for AI you didn’t build.

In July 2026 the National Privacy Commission stated plainly that deploying a third-party AI system does not transfer your responsibility for personal data. If patient records, client files, or staff data pass through a tool someone else set up for you, the liability is still yours.

Every DRS engagement includes a Privacy Impact Assessment, an access-control design, and an audit log — as deliverables, not add-ons.

NPC statement, July 2026DPA advisory on AI systems

In every engagement

  • Privacy Impact Assessment
  • Data flow map
  • Role-based access design
  • Audit logging
  • Retention and deletion policy
  • NPC / DPA alignment review
  • Human-escalation design

For the person who’ll actually run this

You get certified. Your name on it.

If you’re the operations manager, the clinic manager, or the one who built the spreadsheet everyone depends on — this part is aimed at you.

You don’t get handed a system you can’t maintain. You get certified on it. Six modules, assessed on demonstrated performance, with a credential in your name and a runbook you wrote alongside us.

This makes you more valuable, not less. That’s the design.

Proof & heritage

We ran warehouses before we ran models.

Data Reach Solutions spent its first era building warehouse information systems for Philippine logistics operators — inventory, movement, reconciliation. The systems that fail loudly when they’re wrong, in front of people trying to get trucks out the door.

That’s a different education from building demos. It’s why we scope in days instead of quarters, why we run in shadow mode before cutover, and why we won’t hand you something your team can’t operate at 6am when we’re not answering the phone.

Ask us for a reference from that era. We’d rather you called one than took our word for it.

Pricing

Prices, because you shouldn’t have to ask.

Most firms in this market won’t quote until you’ve had three meetings. Here’s the whole ladder. Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price; anything outside it is quoted in writing before it starts.
